I have a passion for helping women stay active throughout life’s transitions.
As I navigated my own pregnancies, I learned that women like herself, who wish to remain physically active during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond are not adequately served in our healthcare system.
It’s widely known that exercise can benefit women in all stages of life, so I have decided to focus on my career on serving females who strive to remain active throughout life.
During pregnancy and new motherhood, women often neglect their own exercise needs or are unsure where to turn for guidance as their body changes. That’s where physical therapy can help.
My goal is to make physical therapy the new standard of care for pregnant and postpartum women. I specialize in helping women remain active throughout pregnancy, prepare for labor and childbirth, and appropriately return to exercise after childbirth.
In my time outside of patient care, I enjoy outdoor adventures with my husband and two wonderful children. We have a goal to visit every national park in the United States!
